Built carefully

Quick to draft, careful enough to sign.

  • Every line links to what was said

Tap a sentence in the note to see the moment it came from, and hear it.

  • Numbers are checked

A weight or dose that isn't in the transcript blocks signing until you fix it.

  • A vet signs every note

Nothing is final until you sign it, and a signed note is locked.

  • "Not discussed", never a guess

A heading nobody talked about says so plainly instead of being filled in.

  • 20 templates built in

General practice, specialties, farm, equine and exotics. Or build your own from plain headings.
